London, Ontario - Although the postal strike has ended, there will still be a delay in receiving your paper bill until Canada Post works through the backlog of items awaiting delivery.

Stay up-to-date on your account and avoid late fees through paperless billing, pre-authorized payments and bill-due notifications.

Register for Paperless Billing

Your bill will be delivered to you by email, letting you know how much you owe and when it’s due, so you can stay up to date on your payments.

Sign Up for Pre-Authorized Payments

Pre-authorized payments ensures that your bill is always paid on time. Your monthly bill payment will be automatically withdrawn from your account, which means there will be no missed payments and no late changes.

Sign Up for Bill Due Notifications

In Trickl, you can sign up for Bill Due Notifications. Two days before your bill is due, you’ll receive a reminder by email or text so you never miss a payment.

It is your responsibility to stay up-to-date on payments, even during a postal strike. Using any or all of the above options will help you stay aware of your account balance, pay your bills on time, and avoid late fees.
