London Hydro Asks for Input in Strategic Plan Survey

London Hydro is conducting a customer survey to ensure that our new strategic plan aligns with our customers' needs and priorities and the evolving energy landscape.

The survey, which takes approximately 5-7 minutes, will ensure that London Hydro provides the reliable, sustainable, and innovative services that customers are looking for.

London Hydro has partnered with Oraclepoll to conduct its strategic plan survey. Beginning in late November, customers who have been selected randomly could receive a call or an email invitation from Oraclepoll asking them to participate in the survey.

London Hydro wants people to know that it has authorized this research and that we take our customers’ privacy very seriously. Your individual survey responses will remain confidential—London Hydro will only see the combined responses from all those who participated.
