London Hydro Affected By Rogers Network Outage

Due to a large-scale Rogers network outage, London Hydro’s phone systems currently are down, however, customers are able to contact Customer Service Representatives through the Live Chat feature in their MyLondonHydro Accounts.

London Hydro’s network uses the Rogers communications system so during this outage, we’d like to remind customers to remain vigilant and stay safe around electrical equipment in their community. London Hydro crews are continuing to work hard to ensure that the network is working properly.

The network outage is affecting cell networks and internet across the country. London Hydro appreciates customers’ patience while this issue is looked into.
