Temporary Customer Service Representative (6 to 12 months)

As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you will work under the direction of the Call Centre Supervisor, or designate, and be responsible for data entry, responding to customer inquiries via telephone, addressing issues relating to policy or practices of London Hydro Inc. and the City of London.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Your profile as the qualified Temporary Customer Services Representative we seek will include the following strengths:

  • Proficiency using personal computers including excellent Word and Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent data processing and keyboarding skills.
  • Ability and initiative to work on your own.
  • Call Centre experience, accounting experience, or experience in the electricity industry are considered an asset for this position.

 

BACKGROUND CHECKS
